What are the age requirements for renting?
Minimum age for renters and drivers is 18.
What kind of documents do I need?
We need a photocopy of your passport.
Can someone else drive the car that I rent?
Yes, there is no charge for additional drivers.
Can I cancel an existing reservation?
Yes you can be fully refunded if you ask a cancellation at least 5 days prior the beginning of the rental. For cancellations less than 5 days, we charge a cancellation fee of 50 usd.
How do i pick up the car ?
Our cars are parked in our warehouse in the city of Denpasar. You can choose to pick it up there but you can also get a free delivery anywhere in Bali. Our team will deliver your car directly to your accommodation or to the airport, same for the return and it’s 100% Free !
Do you require a deposit to rent a vehicle?
If you take our daily insurance there is no deposit needed. If you don’t want to take the insurance, a 1000$ security deposit will be hold on your credit card during the rental period.
Can I take the vehicle out of the Bali?
Unfortunatly it's prohibited.
How is my rental rate calculated?
The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour the vehicle is delivered to you.
Do you charge to refuel the vehicle?
Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid refueling charges.
How does the grace period apply?
A rental day is each 24 hour time period commencing with the date/time indicated on the rental agreement (contract) at the time of rental. There is a 4 hours grace period for return. Hourly charges may apply after this grace period. After three hours, a full-day charge may apply.
Do you offer child seat?
Yes we can offer for an extra cost convertible seat: Designed for children from 9 to 36 KG. Seat can be installed either rear- or forward-facing.
Do you have GPS units available for rent?
No we don't as in our opinion the best GPS to use in Bali is the your mobile phone. Google map or Waze are perfectly designed to lead your way all around Bali.
What insurance do you offer while I'm renting?
An optional Insurance is available but not required to rent our vehicle. The optional insurance protects you against car damages sustained while operating the rental vehicle. If you have an accident, there is a franchise of 500$. If you make the choose to rent a car from us without taking the optional insurance, a 1000$ security deposit will be held on your credit card during the rental period.
What are the benefits of purchasing insurance?
The purchasing of our optional protections provides you with peace of mind and assurance that you are protected against any damage.
Does my own insurance or credit card protect me in the event of an accident?
You should call your own insurance company for more information.
What happens if I don't return the car on the designated return date?
You must extend your rental dates through our customer service to avoid penalties. If the vehicle is kept longer than the return date stated on the rental agreement (contract), the rate will increase. The increased rate (2x time the regular daily rate) will be charged for each day after due return date, until the vehicle is returned.
What should I do if I have problems with the car?
Call the phone number provided on the rental agreement or on our website.
What should I do if I am involved in an accident?
Immediately contact our customer service.
